When is my first service?
Your Initial Deep Cleanup will be scheduled ASAP, once you sign up look for a text message within 24 hours from LoyalYard. After that, you’re placed on the weekly route for your ZIP code, so your yard is cleaned on the same day every week.
Can I choose my weekly service day?
Your service day is automatically assigned based on your ZIP code. This keeps your pricing low and ensures reliable, consistent weekly cleanings.
Where does the waste go?
The waste is double-bagged and set inside your bin provided to you by LoyalYard. Allowing you to transfer the waste in coordination with your main trash service receptacle. (LoyalYard does not remove waste from property).
