A LoyalYard representative will contact you to schedule your initial cleanup and guide you through the process.
Activate Customer Portal
After signing up, you'll get an email with a link to our customer portal. There, you can view and edit your contact options, location, yard, dogs, schedule, billing, and notification preferences. You can also add multiple payment cards or request subscription changes.
Set Up Payment Method
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services start. Enable automatic payments via bank account or credit/debit card. Once set up, LoyalYard generates your invoice, emails a receipt, and stores records in your customer portal. If payment is missing before your first monthly cleaning, service pauses.
