Three things to know about your LoyalYard service.

Weekly Service

Your service day is locked in when you sign up. You'll get a text notification before we show up so you know when we're on the way.

Complete Cleanup

Every pile, every corner. We work systematically through your yard so nothing gets missed. Waste is hygienically double-bagged on-site, then placed in your trash receptacle. If your bin isn't accessible, we'll leave the bagged waste by your gate.

LoyalGuard Treatment

After the cleanup, we treat your yard with our LoyalGuard solution, a professional odor eliminator that breaks down waste residue rather than just masking it. The treatment keeps your yard smelling fresh until our next visit.

Do I need to be home?

No. We just need access to your yard through an unlocked gate or side entrance. Our team can work around friendly dogs in the yard. If your dog is aggressive or protective, please secure them during your service window for everyone's safety.

What if you can't access my yard?

Please make sure your gate is unlocked on your service day. If we can't access your yard, you'll still be charged for that visit since we've already routed our team to your property. We'll text you to let you know we missed access. To avoid this, you can give us a code or share key access at signup.

What if I have multiple dogs?

Each plan covers up to 4 dogs and 1/8 acre. If you have a larger yard or more dogs, contact us at [email protected] and we'll quote you a custom plan.
