Weekly Service
We assign your service day and keep it the same every week, so you always know when we're coming. You'll get a message when we're on our way, plus a photo once the yard's done.

Complete Cleanup
Every pile, gone. We work methodically through your yard so nothing gets missed, then double-bag the waste hygienically on-site and place it in your bin. If your bin isn't accessible, we leave the sealed bags by your gate.

Fresh & Safe Treatment
Every week, LoyalFresh deodorizer destroys yard odors instead of masking them. Monthly, LoyalGuard sanitizer eliminates harmful germs and bacteria to keep your lawn completely fresh and safe.

Common questions
Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as we can get into your yard through an unlocked gate or side entrance, you're all set. We're comfortable working around friendly dogs, but if yours is protective of their space, please secure them during your service window so everyone stays safe.
What if you can't access my yard?
Please have your gate unlocked on your service day. If we can't get in, we'll text you, and since we've already sent a tech out, that week's visit can't be credited or made up. Add a gate code at signup so we always have access.
What if I have multiple dogs?
Each plan covers up to 4 dogs and 1/4 acre. If you have a larger yard or more dogs, contact us at [email protected] and we'll quote you a custom plan.
