When is my first free service?
When you sign up, we'll assign you a service day, and that's when your first service happens. You'll get an email confirmation with your scheduled day, and from then on, we'll come every week on that same day. No waiting around, we get you started fast.
Can I change my weekly service day?
Your service day is automatically assigned based on your ZIP code. This keeps your pricing low and ensures reliable, consistent weekly cleanings.
Do I need to be home?
We double-bag all waste and place it in your outdoor trash bin. Everything is sealed and hygienic—no mess, no smell. If you'd prefer we use a specific bin or leave it in a particular location, just let us know and we'll make it happen. (LoyalYard does not remove waste from property).
